We are absolutely thrilled to introduce you to four exceptional individuals who are set to invigorate the work of the EDIAQI project. Their wealth of knowledge and vast experiences are poised to propel us towards even further success. They have already made significant contributions by reviewing critical deliverables and other working documents. 

Our introduction of the advisory board took place during the EDIAQI project consortium meeting in the picturesque city of Dubrovnik, Croatia. This gathering provided them with the perfect opportunity to offer specific guidance on each work package as well as to the project on the whole.

Dr. Adnan Custovic

Dr. Adnan Custovic: Dr. Custovic is a luminary in the realm of paediatric allergy research and a prominent figure in respiratory medicine. His appointment as an advisory board member signifies a significant milestone for the EDIAQI project. With his exceptional expertise, he is lending his unique insights and knowledge to ensure the project's success.

 

Dr. Carmen Galan Soldevilla

Dr. Carmen Galán Soldevilla: As a distinguished Professor of Botany and Aerobiology at the University of Córdoba, Dr. Galán Soldevilla brings a wealth of academic background and profound expertise to our advisory board. Her insights are invaluable as we delve into the complexities of indoor air quality, exploring the myriad factors influencing it and the contaminants and pollutants found in indoor environments.

 

Dr. Gaetano Settimo

Dr. Gaetano Settimo: Dr. Settimo, a seasoned Senior Researcher and Environmental Consultant at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, boasts over three decades of experience in environmental health and emission management. His wisdom serves as a guiding force in our journey toward healthier environments. His distinct knowledge and experience are perfectly positioned to support the EDIAQI project in understanding the potential health effects of poor indoor air quality.

 

Dr. Sait Cemil Sofuoğlu

Dr. Sait Cemil Sofuoğlu: Dr. Sofuoğlu, a leading expert in Indoor Air Quality and Environmental Risk Assessment, currently serves as the Chair of the Environmental Engineering Department at Izmir Institute of Technology. His wealth of experience and knowledge in the realm of indoor air environments and indoor air quality is truly remarkable.
